IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER: It is important to us that our customers receive prompt, accurate and courteous service at al times. If you should wish to return an item for exchange, credit or refund, please fill out the back of your invoice and return it to us with the merchandise. Remember: New merchandise must be returned in unused condition in the manufacturer’s packaging with warranty cards, etc. within THIRTY days of receipt. Please carefully pack return items and insure them for your protection. The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. GOODS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING: If you receive an article that was obviously damaged in shipping, DO NOT RETURN IT TO US! Report damage to the carrier (e.g. UPS or Postal System). BE VERY SURE TO KEEP THE CARTON AND PACKING MATERIALS THAT THE DAMAGED GOODS ARRIVED IN, UNTIL AFTER THE CARRIER HAS INSPECTED THE DAMAGED GOODS, CARTON AND PACKING MATERIAL! As soon as we receive a damage report from the carrier, we can ship a replacement. DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: Some manufacturers require merchandise be returned to them; others to us. Please contact us on defective name brand items before doing anything with them. Let us know what merchandise is defective, the nature of the defect and how much the item has been used and how long it has been in your possession. We will let you know what should be done with the defective item. Please remember that processing a warranty claim is easier if you have proof of purchase.
