We will increase charges for shipping if the actual charges are higher than those listed above. (Please note: We can provide UPS 2 Day or Next Day service to these locations. The actual shipping charges will be determined when the order is picked and packed. Even though 2 Day Air or Next Day service is used, there is no guarantee of timely delivery outside the 48 connected United States.) SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE USA SPECIAL NOTICE: Since we are unable to ship incomplete orders outside of the U.S. due to high shipping costs, we reserve the right to charge customers for the items as they are available for shipment in or warehouse.
